Introduction:
Carisoprodol is a prescription drug on the market since 1959. This centrally in the muscle relaxant. In the diversion and abuse of carisoprodol increased in the past decade.

Carisoprodol is used as a supplement to rest, physical therapy and other measures to alleviate the acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions. Chemistry / Pharmacy:
Carisoprodol is N-isopropyl-2-methyl-2-propyl - 1, 3-DMNB - propanediol dicarbamate and is structurally and pharmacologically related to meprobamate, a schedule IV substance.
